The MCN Asia Recruit & Manage Pack offers 5 influencers (each with a minimum follower count of 10,000) from a single country. Each influencer will contribute a minimum of:
- 1x Story/Highlight on Instagram or Facebook.
- 1x Carousel-photo or Video post on Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, or Weibo.
MCN Asia conducts a shortlisting of 10 influencers for the hotel’s selection and prepares a campaign brief for the hotel’s approval before sharing it with the selected influencers.

The MCN Asia Recruit & Manage Pack is valid for 6 months. While we aim to efficiently search and recruit suitable influencers for visits, the completion of visits can vary based on seasons, travel conditions, and other factors. Some visits may be completed in as little as 3 months. Our team strives to expedite the process within the specified validity period.
The hotel needs to provide accommodations with daily breakfast for at least 2 people: the influencer plus one guest. Additionally, meals and drinks should be offered if featuring restaurants and bars. Furthermore, the hotel should offer activities for showcasing purposes, such as spa services, workshops, sports activities, sea sports, etc. If the hotel is located off the prime district, airport transfers should also be arranged.
No, the hotel is not required to provide air tickets for the influencers.
Yes, the hotel can re-share the influencers’ content to the hotel’s social media platform(s) without edit and boosting. Please note that loading fees may apply for boosting the reshared posts.
At the conclusion of the campaign, MCN Asia will furnish a post-campaign report. This report includes statistics on agreed-upon deliverables, final published post links, relevant screenshots, and public social media stats, wherever available.
MCN Asia will shortlist influencers suitable for the hotel, primarily from lifestyle, travel, and parenting categories (unless the hotel has specific influencer preferences). Typically, influencers with over 50k followers may visit.
Subject to discussion with influencers, it may require usage fees, credit mention, and there may be a cap on duration. Hotels can inform MCN Asia beforehand about their preferences and requirements.
